At Health Foundry, we don’t just want you to try Acumentem; we want you to experience the results. Because real health changes take time, we provide a 120-day window for you to use the product and decide if it’s right for you.

Our 4-Month Promise

• Full Refund: You are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price of any product or bundle purchased on our website.
• The 120-Day Window: Your return must be date marked within 120 days (4 months) from the date you first received your order.
• The "Empty Bottle" Rule: We want you to finish the supply. You can return the portion of the order that remains in your possession, whether it is an empty bottle, a partially used bottle, or a complete unopened product.
• No Questions Asked: You are not required to give a reason for the return, and no questions will be asked of you, but please contact us to let us know to keep an eye out for your return package.

How to Process Your Return

To ensure your refund is handled with precision, please follow these simple steps:

• Prepare the Package: Include your remaining product/packaging and your initial order details so we can identify your return accurately.

  (In-person drop-offs are welcome Mon–Fri, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, excluding public holidays).
• Use Tracking: While return postage is at the customer's expense, we strongly recommend using a tracked service (like Australia Post Certified Mail). We cannot accept liability for refund packages lost in transit before they reach us.

Rapid Refund Processing

• 2-Day Turnaround: We will process your refund within 2 business days of receiving your return package at our facility.
• Original Payment: The refund will be sent back via your initial payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, AfterPay, or Stripe).
• Bank Timeline: Most payment providers advise that the funds should appear in your account within 2 to 5 business days after we process the refund.

Fair Use & Statutory Rights

This is a voluntary policy provided by Health Foundry in good faith. We reserve the right to refuse a return if we have reason to believe this guarantee is being abused. This policy is in addition to your standard statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.
