Refund & Returns Policy

At Health Foundry, we stand behind the science of Acumentem. We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase, which is why we offer one of the most generous return policies in Australia.
The 120-Day "Feel the Difference" Guarantee
This is our voluntary promise to you. We believe it takes time to experience the full benefits of our formula, so we give you 4 full months to try it.
- The Promise: If you are not satisfied for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund of your purchase price.
- The "Empty Bottle" Rule: You can return your order even if the bottles are completely empty.
- The Window: Your return must be date marked within 120 days (or 4 months) of the date you received your order.
- The Process: Simply contact us and then send your remaining product or packaging to our Head Office. No questions asked.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
Your purchase is protected by Australian Consumer Law.
- Transit Damage: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide a photo of the damaged, unopened package to contact@healthfoundry.com.au so we can fast-track a replacement for you.
- Faulty Products: If you believe a product is faulty, contact us immediately. We will provide a remedy in the form of a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
Change of Mind
While our 120-day guarantee covers most situations, if you wish to return an unopened order for a "change of mind" within the first 30 days, we are happy to assist. The items must be in their original, sealed condition.
How to Return Your Order
To ensure your refund is processed within our 2-business-day target, please follow these steps:
- Package Your Return: Include all bottles (full, partial, or empty) and a note with your initial order details.

Five Dock NSW 2046 - Track Your Parcel: Return shipping is at the customer's expense. We strongly recommend using a tracked service via Australia Post, as we cannot be responsible for parcels that do not reach our warehouse.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received at our facility, your refund will be processed within 2 business days. The funds will be returned via your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, AfterPay, or Stripe). Please allow 2–5 business days for the bank to reflect the transaction in your account.
